Presentación del Basque Culinary Center, la primera facultad de ciencias gastronómicas.
En el año 2009 la Fundación Basque Culinary Center fue creada gracias a Mondragon Unibertsitatea, los cocineros vascos y el apoyo de las instituciones públicas. El centro, que está ubicado en San Sebastián, cuenta con una Facultad de Ciencias Gastronómicas y un Centro de Investigación e Innovación en Alimentación y Gastronomía.
The Basque Culinary Center has an auditorium for 200 people equipped with the latest technologies, with a kitchen, waiting rooms, photographic studio, etc., for cooking demonstrations and conferences.
All the workstations in the auditorium are equipped with electric points, light and support tables, which can be used for tasting sessions in the auditorium, when required.
